everything

Everything is about my contribution to the understanding of climate change. My methane work supplements this endeavor.

My research focuses on using advanced remote sensing technologies to monitor methane, a potent greenhouse gas, from space. By analyzing satellite data, I can detect and quantify methane emissions from various sources, such as agriculture, energy production, and natural processes. A key aspect of my work involves verifying emission inventories—these are databases that estimate methane emissions based on industry reports or ground-level observations. I cross-check these inventories with satellite-derived measurements to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

I try to deconstruct complex climate science topics into bite sized info. So here, Climate will not only be looked at via Science but Art and Commerce too. Stay tuned for more blogs on this topic.
I have two themes here: a) Teach me like I’m five, and b) Don’t teach, discuss.
